Today’s demands on the production and material quality of carbide grinding arbors and grinding spindle extensions are higher than ever before. The demands on the manufacturer are correspondingly high. For more than 30 years and in the third generation, Schiek has been producing grinding tools and special tools of the highest precision.

Since 1987 Schiek has specialized in the production of grinding spindle extensions and high-precision grinding mandrels as well as in special productions – also as subcontractor. Our customers include well-known brand companies and corporations all over the world. They appreciate our special competence, our innovation and the high quality of our products.

Special parts

     

Besides our longstanding experience in producing carbide grinding arbors we also possess years of experience in producing customer individual special tools from various materials. Carbide bushings and nozzles, piston pins for motorsports, compounds of steel and carbide, ejector pins/piercing punches and deburring tools made of Novaculit (Arkansas-Stone) are just a small extract of our possibilities in producing special tools. We provide our longstanding knowledge and experience for your individual inquiry and during the implementation phase. Thanks to our flexible production, we’re able to respond on short-term inquiries and modifications for customer individual special tools, too.

We at Schiek offer our customers highest quality with maximum precision. We are also able to manufacture the appropriate grinding arbor for your spindle extension. With a bad tool you can not produce a high precision product.
