Micro-Drilling – EDM

We produce carbide electrodes with very high wear resistance. Extremely low tolerances can be held throughout the whole length of the Electrode. Our electrodes are at the moment used mainly by automotive and aerospace industries.

 

Diameters for plain electrodes range down to 0.04 mm

 

Diameters for tube electrodes range down to 0.15mm with a hole diameter of 0.05mm

 

Standard tolerance for these electrodes is -0.004/-0.006
